Setting up your Short Term/Mid Term Rental

(We’re here to help every step of the way!)

1. Read and sign our operating agreement.

2. Get Approval From The City and/or a Permit to operate a short term
rental. Sign up to pay HOT taxes to your city/state. (Not necessary if
you’re only going to do 30 days plus corporate stays.)

3. Design and Furnish your STR/MTR. (We know designers if you need
help!)

4. Set up your smart devices, locks, lockbox & supply closet. Add us as
authorized users to ALL of your smart devices using email:
customer.service@argestrentals.com , *Super important, we start
looking for guests for your place immediately and need access.

5. Get Professional Photos taken. (We can help!)

6. Upload your property information and photos to us via our
onboarding portal. https://form.jotform.com/232213941114444

7. Get Short Term Rental insurance on your property.

8. We will create a new email address for you that will be used to create
your listings.

9. We will create your Airbnb, VRBO, Furnished Finder, Zillow and Turno
accounts. We’ll need you available during this process so you can
add your personal information to the accounts.

10. If you already have these accounts, send us the login information and
we’ll take it from there. (We’ll need access to them for claims
purposes.)

11. And that’s it. LET’S GO!!!
