Argest Rentals is a furnished housing and property management company based in Irving, Texas. We house corporate teams, relocating families, travel nurses, project crews and households displaced by insurance claims, and we manage the homes that make that possible on behalf of their owners.
Most of our guests stay for weeks or months, not nights. That changes how a property has to be run. The kitchen has to work for real cooking. The Wi-Fi has to hold a video call. The laundry has to be on site. And someone has to answer the phone when a dishwasher fails on a Sunday. That is the business we built.
Argest began in November 2020 with a single rental unit and grew from there.

Argest started in November 2020 with one rental unit in Fort Worth. Two colleagues from the airline industry, with years spent in travel and hospitality behind them, had seen how much of the rental market ran on guesswork and slow replies. Owners handed over their properties and hoped. Guests arrived at homes nobody had checked.
We built the company we would have wanted on both sides of that. Treat every managed property as if it were our own home. Pick up the phone. Fix things before a guest has to ask twice.
What has changed since then is the length of the stay. Short-term rentals grew into furnished housing for companies, insurers and healthcare staffing, and the standards had to rise with it. A guest staying one night forgives a lot. A guest staying ninety days does not.
We look after the guest and the owner at the same time. One does not work without the other.

We take on furnished homes across North Texas and beyond, either on a company lease with guaranteed monthly rent or under full management. Screening, turnovers, maintenance coordination and round-the-clock guest communication are handled.
