In Argest we are here to welcome you in your life journey. We have a place for your monthly business trip to call home, and we have an amazing space for you and your family to vacation.
Payment of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 15 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 15 days of arrival.
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit of $300. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Some of our properties are pet friendly, so you can bring the entire family!
Well behaved dogs are welcome for a charge of $100 per pet per stay. Maximum weight is 50lb and we have breed restrictions.
Our properties are child-friendly. Depending on the property, we may offer pack ‘n play cribs, high chairs and children toys.

We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us. Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out varies by property. We have some early check in options at a fee, depending on the availability and time requested.
