Flexibility with Check-in /Check-out times depends on our cleaners’ schedules, which aren’t finalized until the night before. Should you need Early Check-in or Late Check out, please inform us in advance

AIR CONDITIONING POLICY:
The home is equipped with central air conditioning managed remotely to ensure it’s pre-set to a comfortable temperature upon your arrival. Guests can adjust the thermostat within a reasonable range (ie. 72-78 Fahrenheit / 22-26 Celsius) to suit personal preferences. Remote monitoring helps us maintain the system efficiently and address any issues quickly during your stay. Keep doors/windows closed. Please turn off AC when not in the home.
PET POLICY & FEES:
Pets welcome; a $85 fee applies per pet.
Maximum 2 pets allowed.
We welcome dogs with no aggression issues, who are trained and well behaved. Please refrain from having your pet sit or sleep on the beds, sofa and furniture. If the interior of the home requires extra deep cleaning from pet odors, excessive fur, heavy stains an extra deep cleaning fee may apply.
CAMERAS & DEVICES DISCLOSURE:
Exterior security cameras are located at Front doorbell/entry; front porch; and driveway. No recording devices are located inside the interior living spaces. Tampering with cameras, smart devices, wifi router, lawn sprinkler & timer, or supporting systems is prohibited and constitutes a material breach which may result in termination & charges.
HOUSE RULES:
No smoking, vaping, or drug use anywhere on the premises. No smoking or noisy parties / large gatherings, otherwise charges + immediate termination of your stay will apply.
ID VERIFICATION:
Minimum age of person booking: 25 years old
To comply with building/security requirements and ensure safe Self-Check-in, adult guests may be asked to complete ID verification to complete the booking.
LONGER 28+ STAYS:
Maximun 4 guests.
For reservations of 28 days or more consecutive nights, a mid term stay Agreement must be signed prior to check in. This agreement outlines house rules, guest responsibilities, and our rental terms. You will be asked to provide your email address so we can send the rental agreement via HelloSign for electronic signature. Your check-in is not complete until the Agreement is signed
LONG STAY CLEANING POLICY :
For 28+ day longer term stays, a professional move out cleaning is applied prior to check in. A professional cleaning service is also included during your monthly stay. This ensures the property is well cared for in the course of your stay. We will collaborate on the scheduling of the cleanings to suit your needs. Failure to adhere to this cleaning policy will result in a non-extension of your stay.
