This home has a great open living space with the 3rd bedroom and 1/2 bath downstairs. Upstairs, the master features a super comfy king bed with master bath. The second bed room with high quality queen bed for a great night sleep. A reading nook and guest bath separate the upstairs bedrooms in the middle. The master is towards the front and over the living room.

You can enjoy one of the only lighted trails in the Austin area which is really nice when the nights get short in the winter. Fun fact about Georgetown, is the open container policy on the square similar to New Orleans.
