STAIRS
Both houses have steps into the home, to the living room, and all bedrooms are on a first floor.
PETS
Dogs are welcome at a $100 fee per dog, per stay. For more details about pet acceptance, refer to the house rules.

Both sides are not connected; they are two completely independent housing units.
CLEANING
For longer stays that require deep cleaning, an additional deep cleaning fee of $200 per side will be applied.
