The space
All brand new modern furniture, quiet yet friendly living quarters, stainless steel appliances, free parking, wifi, in unit laundry and of course we can’t forget top notch amenities like a beautiful fitness facility, business center and pool!

Let me tell you, if you want to be right in the middle of one of the best neighborhoods in Scottsdale then look no further! Looking to try every cuisine you could possibly imagine? There’s a huge variety all within a 5 mile radius.
Want to stay fit while on the go and have a community to do it with? Just down the street are all types of gyms and studios so you never miss that all important leg day.
Looking to shop til you drop? Fashion Square is right across the street! And of course we could never forget about nightlife and entertainment. In the surrounding areas like Old Town Scottsdale they’ve got some of the best night clubs and bars just waiting for you and your friends to bring the fun!
Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure I’m sure that you’ll enjoy everything this cozy space, vibrant community, safe neighborhood and exceptional city has to offer.
The Space:
Queen bed with a variety of pillows to fit your comfort.
After a long day you’ll have a safe and quiet home to go back to. You can stream your favorite shows and movies on our smart TV after preparing a meal in your well-equipped kitchen.
Disclosure:
There are cameras installed throughout the building (outside of the home) to see who comes in and out of the property. This helps to protect the safety of each and every guest. If you have more questions about this please reach out.

SOFA
The sofa is not a pull out, but it can sleep one child or adult comfortably.
PETS
Pets are welcome at a $75 fee per pet, per stay. Dogs over 50lb or breeds considered dangerous as per state laws are not allowed.
