Located 15 minutes from Downtown Dallas, The Champ House is conveniently located within 2 minutes of major shopping areas, the Duncanville Field House, and highway access. Located in a neighborhood of large home lots, our guests have more freedom to enjoy their stay as there are no neighbors on one side of our two acre home.
Parking is no issue at The Champ House! The property drive way is large enough to parallel park up to 15 vehicles. We can also accommodate RVs and other large sized vehicles for traveling groups. No street parking is available. We are conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, and much more within less that a 5 minute driving perimeter!
