What should I do if I want to block days in my property for personal use?

Just let us know and we will block the calendar. If you send us the person’s name and email we will even email the check in instructions just like any other guest.
There are no fees associated unless you want us to coordinate the cleaning, in which case only the cleaning fee would apply.

How do you prevent parties / bad guests?

We do our best to avoid these situations by vetting guests. For each reservation we check the guest’s past reviews and if the ID is verified on the account. We also ask proving questions and send a second ID verification request via portal (on autohost.io) if necessary.
Depending on the property type, we may have certain booking restrictions such as minimum stays on weekends. We also check the ring cameras to verify successful check ins and no extra guests/unauthorized pets enter.

Airbnb also blocks booking requests when certain risk factors about the property, reservation or guest are identified such as these:

– Last minute bookings
– 1 night stays on weekends
– Guest is younger than 25
– Guests live local
– When renting a house or entire place

How do I Verify Internet Speed in the Airbnb Listing?

It is a great feature to have Airbnb displaying your wifi speed in the front page of your listing. You can do a speed test with your cellphone at the property using “google wifi speed test” or a similar site. Some internet companies let you test it remotely on their website. Here’s how you enter the data in Airbnb:

How do you prevent double bookings?

We have the calendars integrated in our property management platform. When a booking is made through one channel, the calendar is blocked for those days in the other channels automatically.

Do I get to see the calendar, future bookings and reservations?

Yes, you can see the information from your own Airbnb/VRBO account and you can have access to view them in our property management platform as well.

What if someone damages something at my Airbnb/VRBO?

Our team consists of short term rental experts, many are ex-employees of Airbnb/ VRBO, and we know how to get damage claims paid out with a success rate of nearly 100%. And we always seek more in damages than the damaged property is worth.
For direct bookings, such as travel nurse stays or corporate stays, outside of airbnb/ VRBO, we have guests pay an agreed upon deposit plus have renters insurance during their stay.

What if someone leaves me an unfair bad review?


Although bad reviews are rare under our management, our experienced team is great success rate at getting unfair bad reviews removed quickly.

How do I receive my payouts from Airbnb/VRBO or direct bookings?
Airbnb/VRBO and other OTA accounts are all connected directly to your bank account or PayPal account and you receive payouts directly during the month. On the 1st of the month we invoice you for our management fee and any other

fees that we took care of for you during the month.
