This is the closest house to Bagby State park, which offers public boat launch, a marina, a public beach. This state park is undergoing major renovation: adding 69 RV camp sites. When it opens, it’ll offer restaurant, swimming pool, tennis court, 2 pickleball courts, a basketball and a valley ball court. A bike trial is right outside of this property, leading to Bagby state park and Fort Gaines. This house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and Fulton. a private bathroom with garden tub and separate shower. The other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the living room and kitchen, they shear a hall way bathroom. Bedroom#2 has 2 twin beds, both have trundle beds underneath. So it sleeps 4. Bedroom #3 has a twin bed and a Fulton.
There is a large covered deck outside of the back door. So you can still enjoy the outdoor in the rain. A covered carport for boat or RV in the backyard as well. There is a fire pit between the pump house and the RV car port for your mush-mellow roasting fun.
You can use the entire house, the deck and the car port. No chairs are provided by the fire pit yet. So bring your lawn chairs.
