You will have access to the entire property for yourself. There outdoor sitting area, as well as the parking area, are shared with other tenants of the building.

Car is the easiest way to move around in the metroplex. We have 1 assigned spot and there’s plenty of free street parking. Uber and Lyft are quite inexpensive.

Third‑Party Services & Liability Waiver

No third‑party service provider (e.g., chef, massage therapist, personal trainer, makeup artist) may visit the property without the Host’s prior written approval. If you wish to book any service, you must:

Request approval at least 72 hours before check‑in, including provider name and service details.

Sign our Liability Release & Indemnification Agreement and ensure your provider signs it as well by no later than 24 hours before the service.

Acknowledge that you and your provider assume all liability for bodily injury, property damage, or other claims arising from the service, and agree to hold the Host harmless and defend the Host against any such claims.

Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of the service, possible reservation cancellation, and forfeiture of any security deposit.

1. Please treat the property as if it were your own home.

2. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. $500 odor removal fee will be charged.

3. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.

4. Please do not host parties or events at the apartment. $1500 party fee will be charged.

5. Please do not bring any additional guests to the apartment without prior approval.

6. Please report any damages or maintenance issues to the host as soon as possible.

7. Please respect the neighbors and refrain from disturbing them.

8. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 per hour. This does not grant overnight access to the property for that night. If you need a late check out, let us know!

9. We have ring cameras in the property exterior, for both yours and our safety. No cameras inside the home.
10. Pets are allowed at this property, maximum 50lb per pet (with flexibility) and no dangerous breeds. Pet fee is $100 per pet. Unauthorized pet fee is $250.
