The space
• THE APARTMENT •
Our unit is a spacious 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom in the 3rd floor. Being in the top floor, you will enjoy the convenience of no upstairs noises. Washer and Dryer in the unit!
• THE LIVING ROOM •
As soon as you enter our apartment you will be surprised with the openness sensation generated by the very high ceilings and mirrors in one of our walls. In this space you will enjoy and relax with our smart TV, fireplace and cozy sofas. If you need extra sleeping arrangements, you can set up an air mattress in this space.
• KITCHEN / DINNING ARE •
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to prep a meal while enjoying the company of others. Our wide counter serves as a bar, with stools in the living room side, this space creates a warmth stay.
To enjoy a proper meal, we have a dinning table with four spaces.
• THE BEDROOM •
When it’s time to rest, you will find a comfortable queen bed, TV, a balcony and en-suite bathroom, with shower and tub.
• THE COMPLEX •
This gated building complex offers great amenities such as swimming pool, gym, tanning deck and parking. Conveniently located near Dallas Love Field airport, this is a great choice for your stay!
Guest access
During your stay, you will have the apartment for yourself and you will be able to park in our gated parking lot. You will also enjoy the access to the complex pool, tanning deck area and gym!
Other things to note
STAIRS
The unit is located on a third floor by stairs. There is no elevator in the building.
PETS
Pets are welcome at a $75 fee per pet, per stay. Dogs over 50lb or breeds considered dangerous as per state laws are not allowed.
